Optimal Design of Planetary Reducer of Electric Actuator base on NSGA-II

Abstract To solve the problem of equipment installation space shortage in industrial automation sites, a set hybrid transmission schemes was designed with two-stage 2K-H(NGW) planetary reducer as main mechanism combined fixed shaft gear train and worm mechanism. At same time, to obtain design parameters electric actuator more quickly accurately, minimum volume maximum efficiency objectives, multi-objective function mathematical model is established under conditions meeting matching, displacement coefficient, strength, overlap degree, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) used model. The research results show that reduced by 13.6%, ratio increased 1.54%, but 3.32% when strength life are equal.
